I really am itching to write something, but I lack motivation. I think I'm going to write a period piece. Something set a few hundred years back, perhaps. A short story? I dunno.

I know that my drawings are far from the best (they're actually pretty terrible, IMO), but my IRL best friend :Zillar: took lowering my self esteem to a whole new level.

"Your drawings look a lot better from far away. I mean, I see you doing them in class and I'm like, wow, that's awesome, and then you scan them and put them on DA and they make me feel like the best artist ever because they're so bad."

NaNo is over (the novel remains uncompleted, but that's no big surprise). I feel sooo useless and bored now. The last thing I have hanging over my head is college applications. And all these outrageous tests for my insane number of AP classes. I'm beyond stress, at the point where I'm throwing my hands up in surrender. Bear with me!

January 1st, here I come.

NaNoWrimo is almost over, and I am pretty much fail. I don't feel like doing it any more, I'd much rather be spending time doing other things. I want to draw or write or do something else, but I'm feeling particularly lazy.

The future is sneaking up on me.
